Terms of Service

Please Read before you Commission me!
By commissioning me you accept my terms of service.General
I have the right to decline any commission, that I'm not comfortable with.

Please keep in mind that I am NOT a full-time artist. It can take up to 3-4 months to complete one commission and I cannot handle too many commissions at once. If you are trying to rush me within this timespan, I will blacklist you. I will try my best to inform you about delays.

I have the right to stream the process on Twitch and post sneak peeks and final products on Twitter. If the commission should be kept a secret, there will be a fee of 10% and it might take longer to finish it as well. If you have a problem with it, I’m not the artist for you.
I can only work if I am feeling motivated. Otherwise the results will not turn out as good as desired.

You need to credit me on your social media with a link to my Twitter, Twitch or my name. The artist role on twitch and shoutouts are appreciated, but not necessary.

I have the right to use any commission for my portfolio.
✧
Tracing in any way is forbidden. As the owner you don’t have the permission to allow others to trace the art.
✧Payment
Payments are via Paypal only.
✧
The prices are in EUR.
✧
The commission will be started after the payment was made.
✧
Payment must be made within 48 hours, unless we agreed on a different timespan. If payment is not made within 48 hours or agreed time, the commission will be canceled.

Payment can be made in parts, but have to be agreed on beforehand.
✧Changes
I will send you a WIP and updates of the sketch. At this stage you may request changes without a fee.
✧
If you order changes that were not previously discussed with me before confirmation of the WIP, these changes will be charged. (exact amount to be determined, depending on the scale of the change)

I will only make changes for free after confirmation of the sketch, if it is a mistake on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).
✧Refunds
Refunds are not permitted unless, I can't finish the product.
✧
You can cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

Models will come in a PSD file with detailed layer separation for rigging. The layers will be properly named. If more separation is needed, please feel free to contact me.

The canvas size will be around 5.000x5.000px or 10.000x5.000px.
✧
Commercial use for social media or streaming is included, this DOES NOT include commercial use for merch production.
